Painful, Patient and Powerful🍉

The story of a land that breathes resilience, whispers prayers in the dark and cradles the hopes of a people longing for peace.

The Unbearable Losses: In the tapestry of Palestinian existence, threads of sorrow are woven deeply. Families were torn apart, homes shattered, and dreams suspended in the air like delicate dandelion seeds. The losses are unbearable and unimaginable, yet the spirit of the people refuses to shatter.

Everyday Heroes: Palestine is not just a piece of land; it's a testament to the power of the human spirit. Amid adversity, everyday heroes emerge. Mothers weaving warmth into the fabric of their children's lives, fathers rebuilding what war has taken, and children painting a canvas of hope with their laughter. Each face tells a story of resilience, embodying the strength of standing tall against the storm.

Life, Unimaginable: Living in the shadow of conflict, every breath in Palestine is an act of defiance. Yet, life persists. Markets bustle with the fragrance of spices, children find joy in makeshift playgrounds, and the call to prayer reverberates through the alleys. It's a life that might be unimaginable to many, but for the resilient hearts of Palestine, it's a testament to their unwavering spirit.

A Prayer for Better Days: Prayers echo through the air as the sun sets over the minarets, weaving a tapestry of hope. In every whispered prayer, there's a plea for a better year, where peace isn't just a distant dream but a reality gracing every doorstep. The resilience of Palestine isn't just in enduring; it's in hoping against hope for a dawn that brings tranquility.

A Glimmer of Hope: Amidst the pain, there's a glimmer of hope. The world is waking up to the stories of Palestine, realizing that behind the headlines are real people with real dreams. It's a reminder that every voice raised in solidarity, every heart that empathizes, is a step towards a world where Palestine is not defined by conflict but by the strength of its people.

May the winds of change carry whispers of peace, and may the hearts that beat in this land find the solace they've yearned for. So, It's not a happy new year, But It will be when the prayers of millions are answered, and Palestine emerges from the shadows into the light of a hopeful dawn.

Hey I got a question, How high is your bar?

Given the opportunity to do something how do you approach it? A bar is a minimum standard of acceptance. This bar, (which is extremely low) is one that a lot of the students will use as their most extreme code of behavior. Think of an elementary school child told to read 15 minutes a day. The ones that need it the most will begin getting restless ten minutes into their reading session. By the time they reach fourteen and a half minutes, they’re already beginning to close the book. To get them to read for fifteen minutes, the bar has to be set higher. There are bars set in a society in an attempt to set a minimum standard of living. They are not necessarily set extremely high. How would you set and respond to the bars in your everyday life? I recently challenged myself to compose short articles. After half a month of turning out to be knowledgeable on the subject, I understood I could finish 3 articles within a similar time period. Would it be a good idea for me to keep the bar this low

Surely, With Every Hardship Comes Ease

As a believer, I have found immense comfort and strength in the teachings of the Quran, particularly in the verse "Inna ma'al usri yusra." Isn't it beautiful? This simple yet profound verse encapsulates the essence of resilience and hope in Islam. It reminds us that no matter how difficult our circumstances may be, there is always a silver lining, a ray of hope that shines through the darkness. It teaches us to have faith in Allah's plan and to trust that He will never burden us with more than we can bear. Some days, this the only thought that keeps me going. When I reflect on my own life and the challenges I've faced, and the choices i've made, I find reassurance in this verse. It serves as a reminder that hardships are temporary, and they often pave the way for something better. Every trial we endure strengthens our character, builds our patience, and ultimately leads us to personal growth. One of the most beautiful aspects of Islam is its emphasis
